Focused on transforming supply chains to align with EU/US laws and broader global standards, Marwa combines her deep technical understanding with a history of delivering tangible results.
Her approach includes tailored strategies and a commitment to transparency, guiding multinational companies through complex legal landscapes. Odilia joined Victoria’s Secret & Co. in March 2021 and is currently the Director of Social Compliance at Victoria’s Secret. She has worked in the compliance, human rights and sustainability industry for 24 years. Her role encompasses working with cross-functional teams and international field offices, as well as partnering with other retailers/brands, and external stakeholders. Odilia was invited to teach Global Sourcing at FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology) in New York City, based on her years of experience and expertise.
Prior to her role at Victoria’s Secret & Co., Odilia worked for Macy’s Inc. for 14 years, leading the Social Compliance team and managing various projects. Prior to Macy’s Inc., Odilia was a field auditor inspecting factories in over 30 countries, for a spectrum of manufacturing processes such as apparel, electronics and furniture to ensure compliance in compensation and worker rights. Later, she managed accounts for Fortune 500 companies by developing their compliance programs and sourcing procurement processes.
Odilia holds an Executive MBA from City University of New York-Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a French Minor from University of California Santa Barbara. Odilia is a Guatemala native and has lived in France and Germany; today Rhode Island is her home. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French and German. Her passions include traveling, running, continuous learning, and spending time with her husband Robert, stepdaughter Sophia, and their Olde English Bulldog puppy Kona.

Saqib Sohail is a life long learner with a diverse experience of working in different industries as well as educational institutes. Winner of Ryan Young Climate + Award for practices in sustainable cotton farming and community work. Saqib has been working in the textile and education industry for more than 15 years. His experience includes projects on curriculum development, process improvement, change management, systems development and implementation.
Saqib has a graduate degree in Textile and Apparel Management from North Carolina State University and an undergraduate degree in Textile Sciences from Textile Institute of Pakistan. He is a published author on the topics of sustainability, productivity management, QMS implementation and fashion design. Currently, he is working at Artistic Milliners with focus on ESG, sustainable cotton projects and community programs.

Audrey Clark is responsible for supporting the association’s trade policy efforts. Prior to joining AAFA in November 2023, Audrey worked as Export Program Coordinator at the Distilled Spirits Council of the U.S. (DISCUS) where she managed eight international export promotion campaigns and supported four DISCUS committees. She previously worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) where she was awarded the Pearce Prize Achievement Award and served as Program Coordinator for Streaming & Broadcasting. She has earned both her bachelor’s and master's degrees in International Affairs from Georgia Tech.
