AAFA Comments on e-Commerce Portals Government Procurement Provision

AAFA submitted comments in response to a request by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the General Services Administration (GSA) on a new program - enacted as section 846 of the FY 2018 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) - to enable government procurement through e-Commerce portals.
