AAFA Supports Vermont Chemical Reporting Schedule

AAFA submitted a letter to the Vermont Department of Health supporting the draft rule, which created a two-year retroactive reporting schedule for Chemicals of High Concern in Children's Products. The previous rule in Vermont mandated a "prior to market" reporting schedule, but draft rule text allows for companies to report every other year.
