AAFA Asks for OECD to Restart Guidelines Process

AAFA with other cross-industry associations formally requested for the U.S. Government to advocate for the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) to restart or delay the process around the “Guidelines for Countering Illicit Trade in Counterfeit Goods on Online Marketplaces” workstream. A restart and/or more time will allow for an inclusive, fair, and transparent intake process open to all stakeholders.
