AAFA Joins Support Letter for Customs Info Sharing Bill

AAFA joined 12 cross-industry trade associations, led by The International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition (IACC), in a letter to applaud Congress on its bipartisan, bicameral push in the 119th Congress to curb counterfeit imports. S.2677/H.R.4930, was introduced to clarify Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) authority to share information with private sector stakeholders.
