AAFA Submits Comment to Washington State on PFAS Rulemaking

AAFA submits comment to the Washington Department of Ecology on their proposed Cycle 1.5 PFAS rulemaking. AAFA encouraged Ecology to set specific total organic fluorine limits as the Department seeks to define intentionally added PFAS. AAFA also encouraged the specific exemption from PFAS regulation for recycled products.
