AAFA Joins Multi-Association Letter to Vermont Governor on S.B. 103

AAFA joined with 11 other trade associations in urging Governor Scott to veto S.B. 103 because it removes the role of the working group established under the Children’s Safe Products Act (Act 188 of 2014) to allow the Department of Health to ban chemicals and does not require sound science when making determinations.
