General Member

Any United States-based company, including apparel and footwear brands and retailers, engaged in the manufacture or distribution of apparel, footwear, or accessories.

Affiliate Member

Any United States-based company or organization which supplies a product or service to the apparel, footwear, or accessory markets.

International Member

Any foreign-based company without US operations.

If your company has an office or representative in the US, your company qualifies as an affiliate member and must use the affiliate membership application.

By submitting an application, you understand and support the AAFA Core Value Statement, as approved by the AAFA Board of Directors:

Compliance Obligation

By submitting an application, you understand and agree to comply with the AAFA Bylaws, which require the removal of counterfeit merchandise when brought to your attention from marketplaces you maintain, or to be subject to disciplinary action by the Board of Directors.
