AAFA Urges Federal Funding for POLB On-Dock Rail Expansion

In separate letters, AAFA urged the U.S. government to provide grant funding to the Port of Long Beach for its Pier B Early Rail project, which will dramatically expand the Port’s on-dock rail capacity.
