AAFA Submits Comments on Maine Law 1503 Second Concept Draft

On November 10, AAFA submitted comments to the Maine DEP on the Second Concept Draft of the implementing regulations for the reporting requirements contained in Maine Law 1503. AAFA acknowledged improvements from the first draft and highlighted several remaining concerns.
