AAFA Urges Congress to Allow Digital Labeling for Clothes

AAFA urged Congress to approve legislation to direct the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to allow for mandated labeling information on clothes to be delivered to consumers through digital labels using different technologies, including but not limited to QR codes. Such legislation would modernize outdated federal regulations to the benefit of consumers.
