AAFA Urges Senate Committee to Vote YES on Ocean Shipping Reform

AAFA urged members of the Senate Commerce Committee to vote “YES” during a markup of S. 3580, the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 2022, to increase enforcement and reign in unjust and excessive fees and rates by ocean carriers.
