AAFA Joins Call for Renewal of the Haiti HOPE/HELP Programs

AAFA, NRF, OIA, RILA, and USFIA sent a letter to Congress urging the reauthorization of the Haitian Hemispheric Opportunity through Partnership Encouragement (HOPE) and the Haiti Economic Lift Program (HELP) Acts.
