AAFA Concerns on CBP’s Forced Labor Portal

The American Apparel & Footwear Association, National Retail Federation, the Retail Industry Leaders Association, and the U.S. Fashion Industry Association, submitted comments on CBP’s Forced Labor Portal/Forced Labor Case Management System (Docket No. USCBP-2024-0005, OMB Control Number 1651-0NEW). The comments express concerns with the time estimates in CBP’s proposal as well as with the portal itself.
