Industry Sends Letter to USG Requesting OECD Comment Process

Industry groups sent a letter requesting that the U.S. Government (USG) open an inclusive, fair, and transparent intake process to receive industry feedback before providing direction to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) regarding the “Guidelines for Countering Illicit Trade in Counterfeit Goods on Online Marketplaces.”
