Description:
In the last few months, the Center for Environmental Health (CEH) has issued California Proposition 65 (Prop 65) 60-day notices against dozens of companies alleging BPA in socks sold in the State of California. Join this AAFA member-only call for insight on the cases and what to expect – both for companies who have received a 60-day notice and those who have not. We will also discuss other Prop 65 issues impacting the industry, including Prop 65 notices on Chrome VI and a proposal to change warning label requirements.
The call will feature Jeffrey Margulies from the law firm of Norton Rose Fullbright, who will provide an update.
