The deadline to reserve a room in AAFA's block at our negotiated rate is Wednesday, September 16, 2026; however, the room block may sell out before this date. Once the block is sold out, rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed. We will provide transportation to/from The New Balance campus for both the reception and the meeting.
