AAFA has made the difficult decision to postpone our Government Contracts Committee Meeting, originally scheduled for May 12 - 14 in Philadelphia, in light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our commitment to delivering this content remains unchanged and we look forward to re-scheduling this event as soon as possible.
The GCC keeps members apprised of developments that bear on the needs and requirements of the U.S. military and other parts of the U.S. government with respect to the procurement of clothing and shoes, and the problems faced by the industry. Stay tuned for more information!
As is always the case, the immediate health and safety of our members, event attendees, and everyone in and around the AAFA community is always our highest priority. AAFA is closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on our industry, employees, and markets. We are diligently following releases and guidelines from public health agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO), and will continue to take measures at our upcoming events to increase sanitation efforts and minimize the spread of germs.
If you had made a reservation in AAFA's block at the Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District, it has been cancelled by the hotel.
