Co-hosted by the American Apparel & Footwear Association and the Fair Labor Association, this briefing will provide an introduction to KnowTheChain’s apparel & footwear benchmark methodology, as well as proposed methodology changes for the 2021 benchmark. The briefing will be an opportunity for companies in the apparel & footwear sector to provide feedback on the proposed methodology changes, including on the themes of purchasing practices, recruitment, and worker voice, as well as on a proposed subset of indicators which would be used to analyze some mid-cap companies.
