Description:

On June 26, the Cotton Campaign issued a “roadmap” to eliminate systemic forced labor in Uzbekistan’s cotton fields. The roadmap is intended to build upon, and make permanent, the recent progress made by the current Uzbek government in reducing forced labor in the annual fall cotton harvest. The roadmap will also provide brands with an objective mechanism for evaluating improvement in Uzbekistan and determining when and how to lift the Cotton Pledge.

Join us to for a webinar briefing and discussion on the current state of play in Uzbekistan, the content and purpose of the roadmap, and the future of the Cotton Pledge.
