Rick Horwitch, VP of Global Retail Lead and Supply Chain Strategy at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, will be the host with our panelists, as they share their views and insights on both emerging requirements and best practices to help Brands, Retailers, and Suppliers with future-proof sustainability strategies.

Our speakers will address U.S. regulations (e.g., more than 70 bills currently targeting various ESG aspects in the U.S. alone) and legislation from the EU perspective for supply chain due diligence and the circular economy. We will also share advice for brands and retailers to stay ahead of the competition by looking beyond tier one suppliers to understand impacts throughout the full value chain and product lifecycle.

Attendees of this webinar will learn:
  • About the current complex regulatory landscape for both EU and U.S. markets and how they are intensifying quickly in scope and enforcement.
  • Why preparing a preventative mindset helps stay ahead of requirements by scrutinizing all aspects of your operations and partnerships.
  • How starting supply chain transformation efforts sooner rather than later is critical for building future resilience to comply, compete, and lead in 2023.
