As the former Chief Executive Officer of Diane von Furstenberg and President of $1bn portfolio of brands such as Juicy Couture and BCBG, Sandra’s focus on the ever-evolving consumer landscape has transformed businesses for growth across digital and physical retail through technology, marketing direct to the consumer, and supply chain diversification. 

Balancing her career between corporate roles and entrepreneurial ventures, she also co-founded the first celebrity brand management company for Selena Gomez, which included global licenses across fourteen categories. Her breadth of knowledge across the retail ecosystem ranges from software, product development, sourcing, international distributor/franchise partnerships, to marketing and ecommerce.

Mark Green has been a leading professional in Global Supply Chain operations over the past 23 years. He started in 2000 with Mast Industries supporting the Victoria’s Secret Stores and Catalogue businesses initially based out of Israel and the Middle East, and then with positions in Hong Kong and Sri Lanka. In 2008 he joined the Walmart Global Procurement team in Shenzhen with responsibility for Sourcing Apparel, Footwear, Jewelry and Accessories globally for Walmart USA and Walmart International Stores.

From 2012 to July 2023 Mark joined PVH as EVP Supply based out of Hong Kong where he has been leading a team building innovative and best in class Supply Chain solutions again on a global platform. Mark has been very engaged with Industry groups and was for many years on the Board of Governors of the HK American Chamber of Commerce representing the Apparel and Footwear sector.

Nate Herman oversees AAFA’s Policy department, managing the association’s lobbying, policy, and regulatory affairs activities. Nate leads AAFA’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, formulating and implementing CSR policy and representing AAFA and the industry on CSR issues before governments, NGOs, and other key stakeholders. In addition, Nate develops all apparel and footwear industry data and statistics as AAFA's resident economist. Prior to joining AAFA, Nate worked for six years at the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration assisting U.S. firms in entering the global market. Nate spent the last two years as the Department's industry analyst for the footwear and travel goods industries. Nate received a Masters of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from the University of Delaware in 1992.
