AAFA Announces Board of Directors Leadership and Election Results for 2023-2024

The American Apparel & Footwear Association announced the renewal of its Board of Directors leadership, and the addition of 16 new and re-elected Board members.  

The following individuals were confirmed as AAFA’s Board of Directors leadership for the 2023-2024 term:

Ted Dagnese, lululemon athletica – Chair  
Josue Solano, BBC International – Vice Chair  
Halide Alagoz, Ralph Lauren Corporation – Secretary
Katherine Gold, Goldbug – Treasurer

The following individuals were elected and re-elected to the Board of Directors:

The new AAFA Board of Directors also includes Todd Soller, Head of Global Supply Chain at Patagonia, Inc. who was appointed on March 1.

As the 2023 AAFA Executive Summit concluded on March 2, attendees gave Tom Glaser a standing ovation as he accepted his Lifetime Achievement Award following multiple decades in the industry including key roles with PVH Corporation, VF Corp., and most recently Tapestry. His contributions are immeasurable and include efforts to foster lasting improvements in worker and building safety, mentoring supply chain professionals, and leading AAFA through transitional times.
