Hotel Room Block Information:
AAFA has reserved a room block at the Willard InterContinental Washington, DC. Please click here to reserve a room directly with the Willard InterContinental Washington, DC at AAFA's rate of $419/night + taxes, using the code AAF (see detailed steps below). The deadline to reserve a room in AAFA's block at our negotiated rate is Monday, February 15, 2027. We expect the room block to sell out before this date. Once the block is sold out, rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed.
- The reservation link will take you directly to the hotel's website. If you are an IHG member, first click the “sign-in” button in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to enter your arrival and departure dates in the date box. In the rate preference box, it should pre-populate Group Rate with the code AAFA in the Group Code field.
- If the Rate Preference box is not set to Group Rate, click the drop-down box, select Group Rate, and type AAF in the Group Code box.
- Click “Search” and scroll down. The group rate will appear as the booking option to select your room.
- The room rate is $419/night + taxes; however, the website will indicate a $35 amenity fee per night, showing your rate as $454. You will NOT be charged the daily amenity fee, as AAFA has negotiated the fee to be waived for AAFA attendees.
- The reservation link will only populate for AAFA’s contracted room block dates. Please contact Corinne Suder if you need pre/post event dates. If preferred, you may call the Willard Reservations Department at (800) 424- 6835 or (202) 628-9100 and identify yourself as a guest with AAFA to receive the group rate.
- Note: If you book a room in the block but do not register for the event, AAFA staff will contact you to register promptly. Reservations made in AAFA’s room block are for registered Board of Directors Meeting and Executive Summit attendees only.
Executive Summit:
As always, the Board of Directors Spring Meeting will be held in conjunction with the Executive Summit.
Separate registration is required to attend the Summit.
