Meet the Keynotes - Shawn Curran & Jennifer Hawthorne

Shawn Curran is a seasoned executive and global supply chain leader, currently serving as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Under Armour, Inc., a global performance athletic apparel, footwear, and accessories brand. In this role, he oversees end-to-end planning, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, distribution, transportation, global customs and trade, and sustainability.

Before joining Under Armour, Shawn spent more than 30 years at Gap Inc., most recently as Old Navy’s Chief Operating Officer. He led end-to-end operations, inventory management, sourcing and stores overseeing more than 44,000 associates across 1,200+ stores. Over his tenure at Gap Inc., he also served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Global Supply Chain.

Earlier in his career, Shawn was a Manufacturing Engineer with Texas Instruments’ Defense Systems Electronics Group in Dallas, Texas.

A committed industry leader, Shawn co-chaired the Retail Industry Leaders Association Supply Chain Leaders Council, served as past president of the Tri-State Chapter of the Materials Handling Management Society, and was vice chair and a founding member of the Northern Kentucky Business Leadership Network.

Shawn earned an MBA from Xavier University and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.

Jenn Hawthorne is Vice President of Sustainability & Product Supply Operations at Under Armour. She connects Product and Supply Chain to bring responsible, profitable products to market—pairing a find a way mindset with practical, data driven execution. Since joining UA in 2005, Jenn helped build the brand’s agile sourcing organization and now leads Global Product Supply Operations and Sustainability including product supply, social & labor standards, environmental impact, and regulatory readiness. Jenn’s career began at a small graphic t shirt company, where she learned the value of flexibility and true team play. She serves as the executive sponsor of Under Armour’s Parents for Professional Growth employee resource group and is a passionate advocate for mentorship, inclusive leadership, and sustainable innovation.
