Briefing: Effectively Addressing CTPAT–The SCAN Association

Learn how SCAN can help firm’s address CTPTA compliance
Time: 2:00PM - 3:00PM (Eastern)
Audience: AAFA Members Only

Description:

In 2015, the Supplier Compliance Audit Network (SCAN) Association launched an industry-leading shared security audit program to reduce audit fatigue and establish best practices for compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) initiative. With more than 10,000 audits performed to date on behalf of 33 member companies, SCAN is one of the most successful collaborations of its kind.

In anticipation of the new CTPAT Minimum Security Criteria (MSC) requirements that come into effect on January 1, 2020, SCAN members have invested over 700 hours into modernizing their audit requirements and have a robust service provider and factory training program on the horizon for the remainder of 2019 and into 2020.

Come join us on December 12th to learn more about the SCAN Association!
