Rebecca Schwartz Altholz is an EPR Data Consultant at RLG. She works with prospects and customers to provide expert knowledge on the EPR laws for producers. Rebecca engages with producers to understand their responsibilities for reporting under the US’s packaging EPR laws and ensuring that all deadlines and regulatory requirements are met. Rebecca has her Master’s in Sustainability Management from Columbia Climate School. Prior to her current role, she worked for five years in financial technology solutions as a Project Manager where she managed the data implementation of customer accounts.

Denise is the Customer Engagement and Business Development Manager at RLG Americas, bringing over 15 years of experience in the recycling and waste industry. In her role, she spearheads business development, provides insights on new EPR policies, and offers ongoing support to producers and other stakeholders. Denise previously served as Vice President and Director of Operations at Closed Loop Commodities Group, where she took an end-to-end approach to solving local recycling challenges. Prior to that, she was a Senior Account Director at Recyclebank, overseeing program launches and client marketing strategies to drive measurable results, such as increased program participation.

Nate Herman oversees AAFA’s Policy department, managing the association’s lobbying, policy, and regulatory affairs activities. Nate leads AAFA’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, formulating and implementing CSR policy and representing AAFA and the industry on CSR issues before governments, NGOs, and other key stakeholders. In addition, Nate develops all apparel and footwear industry data and statistics as AAFA's resident economist. Prior to joining AAFA, Nate worked for six years at the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration assisting U.S. firms in entering the global market. Nate spent the last two years as the Department's industry analyst for the footwear and travel goods industries. Nate received a Masters of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from the University of Delaware in 1992.
