Her background includes leadership roles in tech-for-good startups, a fellowship at the U.S. Department of State, and early service as an AmeriCorps volunteer. Carrie has managed multi-million-dollar global projects and developed industry-wide policies, consistently bringing together diverse stakeholders to drive scalable, data-informed change across communities, supply chains, and governments.
