Description:
With the rise of extended producer responsibility (EPR) regulations — such as the Responsible Textile Recovery Act of 2024 (SB707), Anti-Waste for a Circular Economy (AGEC), and packaging mandates across the EU and North America — brands face increasing pressure to collect accurate weight data for textiles and packaging. The challenge lies in connecting the dots and creating a systematic process to meet these demands efficiently.
Trimco Group’s experts, Camilla Mjelde and Kelly West, will guide you through aligning the requirements of EPR and AGEC, showing how a single streamlined approach can address them all. You’ll learn the most basic yet impactful steps to implement weight data collection, explore real-world brand examples, and discover how to simplify compliance while staying ahead of industry expectations. Whether you’re navigating new regulations or looking to optimize your processes, this session will provide actionable insights to help your brand succeed. Don’t miss this opportunity to turn compliance challenges into opportunities for growth!
